300B Budget Amp Build
I have put together most of the amp, but I have two questions. 1. the centre tap on the output transformers, what do I do with them? 2. I noticed a resistor across the 100uf Capacitor to drain the capacitors. What value is it?

That lead is unused, just use some heat shrink tubing to insulate off the ends. That bleeder resistor is normally a 470K 2W or something close to that value.
