I've just completed my first build of power supply for Matt's Color Preamp 'Skunkie edition'.

I've notived that he's forgotten a discharge resistor. I suppose it is necessary for safety purposes.

Do you think puting a 0.5 MOhm 1W resistor parallel to 33 uF cap will do?
