Coupling cap outer foil orientation

Hello fellow solder slingers! I am trying to verify a statement made by a premium capacitor manufacturer. They state in their capacitor “Installation Notes” that when used in amplifiers, [a capacitor’s] outer foil should be connected towards the plate of first stage. I asked specifically about using their capacitor as a coupling cap in a 300B tube amp and they said “usually, the lowest impedance path to ground is the previous stage in an amp.” Do you guys think the cap manufacturer is right about the lowest impedance path to ground is the previous stage in an amp? I am thinking about the Budget 300B amp specifically.

Thank you for your verification response. It took me a while but I found the same answer on Mr. Carlson's Lab "Are Your Capacitors Installed Backwards? Build this and find out" YouTube video. This orientation surprised me because it is counter-intuitive to me. Once again, thank you, I appreciate you and your channel 😊
