Hi all, I am looking for a recommendation on which tube amp to build. I have a pair of KG4's (4ohms each) and would like to build an amp that is versatile. I would like a tube rectifier. Was thinking of building the EL84/6SQ7 amp from Skunkie design or the KT88 amp from Blue Glow. Which one sounds better ? Advantages of each? Also, looking for a source of quality output transformers that allow for 4 ohm and 8 ohm taps on the secondary. Any thoughts welcomed. Thanks! Mike
