I wonder why 2 anode resitors of 6SN7 have values 33k and 39k? I have been loking at similar schematics and usually both resitors are of the same value. Any explanation? Thx.

It's to balance the phases. Earlier designs were either slightly unbalanced or had a "balance pot" to adjust it. It corrects phase alignment distortion in the output transformer.
